Silver River Vineyards Wine Club Full Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: March 1, 2026
1. Membership overview
Silver River Vineyards offers three wine club tiers.
Winemakers Reserve: 12 bottle shipments, two shipments per year
Cellar Select Club: 6 bottle shipments, two shipments per year
Charlie’s Club: 3 bottle shipments, two shipments per year
All memberships are free to join. There are no annual or monthly membership fees. Members pay only for wine, applicable taxes, and shipping when shipped.
2. Eligibility and age requirement
Membership is available only to individuals who are at least 21 years old. By enrolling, you confirm you are 21 years of age or older.
3. Shipment schedule and fulfillment
Shipments occur twice per year, generally in Spring and Fall. Release timing may vary due to production, compliance, or logistics.
For each release, members may choose shipping or local pickup. Pickup is available to all members. Shipping availability depends on state and carrier restrictions.
4. Two shipment commitment
All memberships require a two shipment commitment at enrollment. This means you agree to receive and pay for your next two scheduled club shipments for your tier.
Cancellation requests submitted before the two shipment commitment is completed will take effect after the second committed shipment is processed.
After the two shipment commitment is completed, membership continues and shipments will be processed automatically each release unless the member cancels before the cutoff date for that release.
5. Pricing and substitutions
Club shipment pricing varies by release and by wines included. Pricing will be disclosed before each release is processed and billed. The total charge includes wine, applicable taxes, and shipping if shipped.
Wines in a club shipment may vary and are selected by the winery. If a specific wine becomes unavailable, Silver River Vineyards may substitute a wine of most similar style and value.
6. Billing authorization
By enrolling, you authorize Silver River Vineyards to charge the payment method on file for each scheduled shipment, plus applicable taxes and shipping if shipped.
We will attempt to provide advance notice of upcoming shipments and billing timing, but notice is not guaranteed.
If a card is declined, we will contact you to update payment information. If payment is not received within a reasonable time, shipment fulfillment and membership benefits may be paused or canceled.
7. Shipping, delivery, and compliance
Wine shipments may require an adult signature where required by law or carrier policy. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.
Members are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate and that an adult age 21 or older is available to receive delivery.
Shipping availability depends on state and carrier restrictions. If we cannot legally ship to your location, you may be required to pick up your shipment or provide an eligible shipping address.
8. Pickup policy and no shows
Pickup windows and instructions will be provided for each release. Members are responsible for picking up during the stated pickup window.
Club shipments are charged when processed. Failure to pick up does not waive payment obligations, including during the required two shipment commitment. All sales are final.
If a member does not pick up within the pickup window, Silver River Vineyards will attempt to contact the member using the contact information on file and may, at its discretion, do one or more of the following, where legal and feasible.
Continue to hold the order for pickup for a limited time due to storage constraints.
Ship the order to the address on file at the member’s expense where feasible.
Pause membership benefits or cancel membership after any required shipment commitment has been satisfied, including for repeated no shows.
Storage space is limited. Members are responsible for any shipping costs incurred if shipping is requested or required due to a missed pickup. Unclaimed pickup orders may be treated as forfeited after 45 days from the release date due to limited storage.
9. Member benefits and changes to these Terms
Benefits are provided to active members in good standing, meaning the member has an active account and is current on payments.
Benefits may not be transferred or resold. Discounts apply only to purchases made directly through Silver River Vineyards and may exclude certain items or limited allocations at the winery’s discretion.
Silver River Vineyards may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email or through the member account. Updates apply prospectively. Continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Changes will not remove the two shipment commitment for already scheduled committed shipments, except where required by law. Members who do not accept updated terms may cancel after fulfilling any existing two shipment commitment.
10. Tastings by tier
Complimentary tastings are available to active members during normal tasting room hours, subject to availability, capacity, and tasting room policies. Complimentary tastings apply only to standard tastings.
The maximum party size includes the member.
Winemakers Reserve: up to 6 people total, including the member
Cellar Select Club: up to 4 people total, including the member
Charlie’s Club: up to 2 people total, including the member
Limits apply per visit.
11. Events and VIP invitations
Members may receive invitations to member only pickup parties and other special events. Capacity may be limited. Reservations may be required. Some special events may have additional costs, which will be disclosed in advance.
12. Venue access for private events
Members may request to book the tasting room and outdoor winery space for private events, subject to availability and winery approval.
All private events are subject to additional terms and conditions. Venue booking may require a separate event agreement, event minimums, deposits, staffing fees, rentals, insurance requirements, and compliance with applicable regulations. Venue access benefit means eligibility to request booking, not a guaranteed booking.
13. Winemakers Abode benefit, Winemakers Reserve only
Winemakers Reserve members may request to book the Wine Makers Abode for a fixed price, year round, based on availability.
All stays require a separate lodging agreement and compliance with property rules and are subject to additional terms and conditions. Blackout dates, minimum stay requirements, occupancy limits, and cleaning fees may apply. Pricing and availability may change.
14. Vineyard and winery tour with barrel tasting, Winemakers Reserve only
Winemakers Reserve members may request a complimentary vineyard and winery tour with barrel tasting up to two times per year, for up to 6 guests, by appointment and subject to availability.
Barrel tasting selections will vary and are determined by Silver River Vineyards based on availability, production schedules, and safety considerations. Not all wines, barrels, or lots will be available for tasting at all times. Tours may be limited by season, production schedule, staffing, and safety conditions.
15. Special gifts
Each club shipment may include a hand selected gift item or items. Gift items may vary by tier and by release and are provided while supplies last. Gift contents, brands, and quantities may change without notice and may be substituted with a comparable item based on availability.
16. Returns, damage, and heat policy
Due to alcohol regulations, all sales are generally final. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly with photos so we can evaluate replacement options.
To protect wine quality, Silver River Vineyards may delay or reschedule shipments when temperatures are unusually warm or other weather conditions may risk damage in transit. During a weather hold, orders will ship when conditions improve or when an alternative arrangement is made, such as local pickup or shipment to a cooler destination.
17. Cancellations and changes
To change your address, billing details, or shipping versus pickup selection, you must update your account before the cutoff date communicated for that release. Changes submitted after cutoff may apply to the next release.
After the two shipment commitment is completed, you may cancel at any time before the next release cutoff date.
18. Communications and privacy
By joining, you agree to receive wine club communications related to shipments, releases, and events. You may opt out of marketing emails, but you may still receive essential service messages related to membership and orders.
19. Limitation of availability and right to refuse service
All benefits are subject to availability and may be limited by inventory, staffing, safety, compliance, or capacity. Silver River Vineyards reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership for fraud, abuse, resale activity, harassment, or repeated non payment.
20. Governing law and venue
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms, your membership, or any purchase from Silver River Vineyards must be brought in a state or federal court located in California, unless a different venue is required by applicable law.
21. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver River Vineyards will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your membership, any shipment, any event, or any purchase, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silver River Vineyards total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific shipment or product giving rise to the claim.
22. Errors and corrections
Silver River Vineyards reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order is submitted, including errors related to pricing, promotions, discounts, product descriptions, allocations, inventory, and availability. If an order has already been processed and a correction is required, we may contact you for approval of the corrected charge or cancel the order and issue a refund for amounts paid for that order.
23. Discounts and promotions
Wine club discounts apply only to eligible purchases made directly through Silver River Vineyards. Certain products may be excluded from discounts, including limited releases, library wines, large format bottles, and allocated items. Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, or fees. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.
24. Photo and video at events
Silver River Vineyards may photograph or record winery events, tours, tastings, and pickup parties. By attending an event or experience, you grant Silver River Vineyards permission to use photographs, audio, and video recordings that may include you or your guests for lawful business purposes, including marketing and promotional use, without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, notify staff at the start of the event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.
25. Responsible service and tasting room discretion
Silver River Vineyards promotes responsible enjoyment of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue tastings or service to any person, including a member or guest, in our sole discretion, including when we believe it is necessary for safety, compliance with law, or responsible service practices.
26. Non transferability and resale
Wine club memberships and benefits are not transferable. Benefits may not be resold, and purchases intended for resale may result in membership benefits being paused or membership being terminated.
27. Force majeure
Silver River Vineyards will not be responsible for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including fire, smoke, flood, earthquake, severe weather, power outages, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, carrier delays, or government actions.
28. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
29. Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement relating to the wine club membership and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications on the same subject. Any additional terms for events, lodging, or private venue bookings may be provided in separate agreements.
30. Contact
For questions, updates, or cancellations, contact Silver River Vineyards using the email and phone listed on our website.
