Winemaking

Our philosophy when it come to our Estate wine is simple - make wine that is a ture and honest expression of the land. Our estate wine is made from our 100% organically farmed Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vine’s, here on the property. From the 25 acre’s which we farm, we hand pick only the best sections of the estate to make wine from, which we carefully monitor an analyze throughout the year before selecting. Once the grapes are are ready to harvest, we hand-pick every cluster from the row’s that we selected. Once harvested, every cluster is again, screened personally by Nicole, our wine maker before it gets pressed to ensure we are only brining the absolute best the land has to offer into our bottle.

Being a small production winery, our primary focus is on bringing the highest quality wine we possibly can- that is a true expression of the land. We do not engineer our wine for winning awards, or alter the chemistry of the grapes to match profiles. We embrace the controlled chaos of nature and see our wine as a harmony of expression of the story which unfolded throughout the year. Every vintage tells a unique story of whatever nature put the grapes through, throughout the year. In a world where so much is artificially created in a lab, filled with additives and chemicals, and where farms work against nature, depleting the health of the soil and environment every cycle, we hope to bring a refreshing change to what it means to be a steward to the land.
