Our Grapes
At Silver River Vineyards, we grow Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from established vines planted in 1990. Our 25 acre family owned vineyard is farmed with a focus on vine health, fruit quality, and the long term vitality of the land.
Because we also make wine from our own vineyard, we understand what winemakers are looking for at harvest. We work directly with our grape buyers throughout the season and can accommodate purchases ranging from small lots for home and boutique winemakers to larger commercial quantities.
Our vineyard is farmed using organic practices, and fruit is hand harvested to help protect grape quality from the vineyard through pickup.

Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Cabernet Sauvignon comes from vines planted in 1990 and represents the heart of Silver River Vineyards. The mature vines, Paso Robles growing conditions, and calcareous soils produce fruit with concentration, structure, complexity, and character.
Cabernet Sauvignon is available in both small and larger lots depending on the vintage and harvest.
Merlot (Sorry, we are sold out for 2026)
Our Merlot is also grown from mature vines planted in 1990 and offers rich fruit, depth, and versatility for both varietal wines and blending.
